Fallout Factions In 2025

As we move into the new year, Fallout Factions is set to get bigger and bloodier. What’s happened this year, and what’s coming in 2025? Read on for more!

Looking Back

2024 was great for Fallout. Factions released in July, with a Battle For Nuka World starter set. That was followed by some great additions, like the Cult of the Mothman and the Zetans, both of which have official rules for Factions. Including the Gets You By rules, there are currently ten different factions to choose from.

The year ended with a lovely holiday gift, in the form of a Factions Companion document. This adds the ability to add both creatures and robots to your gang. Fancy a radscorpion or protectron? You’re in luck! The Spooktober document added the ability for 1v1 or 2v1 battles against goliaths, such as Frank Horrigan or the Super Mutant Behemoth. Finally, we received an Errata document that resolves some lingering questions, and tightens up a few rules.

Fallout Factions at TBZ was also great in 2024! We began our Battle For Nuka-World ongoing event series. Currently, the Operators have control of Kiddie Kingdom, and The Red Gang has control of Dry Rock Gulch.

Looking Ahead

2025 promises to be an exciting year for Factions. The full core rulebook PDF is coming very soon, featuring official rules for the Brotherhood of Steel, Super Mutants, Survivors, and Raiders. Each of these factions will also see new releases, with plastic multipart core sets that will serve as great entry points or additions to existing collections. These sets will contain options to build out these forces with Factions loadouts.

We’ll be continuing our Fallout Friday: Battle For Nuka-World events in the new year as well. We’ll be sure to post the dates on all of our socials, and in future blogs. The Battle For Nuka World is an ongoing campaign, and the Factions rules are great for getting new crews into the campaign, even if it’s already going!

We’ll be running some more Fallout Factions Demo Days in 2025 as well, so if you’re interested in getting started, check out our events for upcoming demo days, or pop in to any Fallout Friday and see what Factions is all about.
